HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error错误解决办法

**解决办法**

1.  检查这个配置文件是否正确，如果代码没有问题，检查代码格式，代码 需要这种样式，不能随意分割，空格，回车等，否则会出现tomcat不识别的错误。
2.  重启eclipse。
3.  不要随意使用导包功能，可能因为你和原作者的环境，配置，jdk，tomcat版本不同会出现各种错误。

**主要错误在这**

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 29; columnNumber: 3; cvc-elt.1: 找不到元素 ‘beans’ 的声明。

com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.createSAXParseException  
**也就是说在这个dispatcher-servlet.xml文件下出现了，错误找不到bean表签。**
