今天测试了一个大牛的去除图片马赛克的代码除了不少的错误，这个十个警告，能完成去重的效果，但是看着警告感觉不爽，所以接着寻找解决办法：

问题：

想看可以去看看，不想看可以直接执行下面代码：

这个问题意思就是numpy 的版本过低或者过高都会出现警告，只需要先卸载重新指定的1.16.4版本的numpy即可解决此问题，建议把需要执行的这个项目建个虚拟环境测试，以免影响其他代码或者项目

  1. pip uninstall numpy
  2. pip install numpy==1.16.4
