报错：
the service mysql57 failed the most the most recent status change request with the message time out has expired and the opertion has not been completed if problem persists please restart mysql notifier
原因：
mysql5.7再stop或restart常会出现以上信息，是Mysql的一个小bug。
解决：
第一步：右键MySQL Notifier -> Actions -> Manage Monitored Items -> 选择MySQL57 -> 删除
第二步：添加 -> 选择 windows service -> 找到MySQL56选中 -> 关闭，就可以了
