在用cordova+vue做混合APP时，运行cordova run android时报下面的错误：
后面才知道，需要安装这两个，可以通过adt中的eclipse中的Android SDK Manager安装
然后就可以了。
如果没有出现想要的版本，关掉SDK Manager再打开，应该就有了。
