MSB8036 The Windows SDK version 10.0 was not found. Install the required version of Windows SDK or change the SDK version in the project property pages or by right-clicking the solution and selecting “Retarget solution”.
原因：

vs2015对windows10 系统支持不好，vs2015出来的时候，win10还没出来，所以把目标平台调到win10以下
