通过pip下载Pycharm时报错：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement HTMLTestRunner
    ERROR: No matching distribution found for HTMLTestRunner

只需要在Python安装目录下的Lib文件夹中新建一个名为HTMLTestRunner.py的文件，并在其中写入如下内容（分为Python2和Python3两版）：
