pip3安装出现ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1:

按照https://github.com/xybu/onedrived-dev一步步安装，  
到了`pip3 install --user git+https://github.com/xybu/onedrived-dev.git`这一步就出现这个错误。  
随后发现，所有的pip安装都会出现这个问题。试过更改python版本和更新pip3也解决不了。
