端口号被占用,导致无法运行

#### 三、解决方法： ####

终止对应的端口号即可

netstat -ano | findstr  "port"   查询被占用的端口号
    
    tasklist |findstr "PID"
    
    taskkill /T /F /PID pid  结束进程
