这个问题说是：

注册的时候是制裁人员名单，然后提交证件审核通过了。

但是appstoredeveloper和appstore connect是不同的部门，所以信息没有同步。

其实都是瞎扯。

过了一会我的appstroreconnect（提交审核那个网址）去登录的时候，就不让进入了，提示如下图。

提交完信息就会进入这个界面：

都选择完毕之后会进入：

现在我想了一下，出现“添加所有合法所有者及企业的所有权比例”的选择，应该是账号下有软件，关系到税收的。随意让填写了。

然后这个界面填写后，现在卡了一个月了，也没有审核通过让我进去。。。
