关于使用jupyter notebook时报错error的原因以及解决方案
在使用jupyter notebook时，创建新项目，发生了以下报错：
原因是：在浏览器打开jupyter notebook页面后，将cmd关闭了，导致jupyter无法与服务器连接，从而报错
解决方案：不关闭cmd即可正常使用。
